My friend is looking to rehome a white Chihuahua http://www.chihuahua-rescue.com/ she found walking down the road in North Tampa. The dog is extremely friendly and lovable. The owners apparently got evicted from their house and moved leaving the dog. Please help if you can. PM me for details, or respond to this thread. (There is no microchip for the dog).
